- Data provided otherwise: if you contact the controller by e-mail or phone, the controller processes the data you provide (typically name, contact details, company and the content of your enquiry).
- Technical data: the hosting provider automatically records your IP address and basic browser information when you visit the website.

- replying to your enquiry and communicating with you,
- preparing an offer of services if you are interested,
- keeping the website running and secure.

- Steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) - preparing an offer.
- Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - replying to enquiries, operating and securing the website.
Your consent is not required for this processing. The data is not used for any other purpose and the controller does not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
5. Retention period
We keep data from communication for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, at most 3 years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises between us. In that case we keep it for the duration of the cooperation and then for the period required by law (for example accounting rules). Technical records are kept by the hosting provider only briefly.
6. Processors and disclosure
We do not sell personal data or pass it on to other parties. The following processors help with the processing:
- Netlify, Inc. - website hosting and receiving contact form messages,
- Google - the Gmail mailbox where messages arrive.
7. Transfers to third countries
Netlify and Google are based in the USA. Data is transferred there on the basis of the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are stored directly on the website and are not loaded from third parties. Cookie consent is therefore not required.
9. Links to other websites
The website contains links to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts and LinkedIn. When you click a link, you leave the controller’s website and the privacy policies of those services apply.
10. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure of data,
- restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability.
